Koos (کوس) in farsi means pussy or vagina. And Tala (طلا) again means gold, so Koos Tala means somebody with golden Vigina or pussy.

Well "jigar tala" is an expression persion use to call their children and sometimes thier sweethearts. literally it means somebody whose liver is made up of gold. but you shouldn't really take it literally cause it's meaningless in english. The best equivalent for this would be "darling".
