Subject: Help needed with a persian phrase

I need some help in the translation of a Farsi saying. My Father in law was in Iran in charge of the development of Hydro Power Generation. At the beginning of each meal he says(Bess A Lam A Tee) That is how it sounds. Your help is greatly appreiciated.
