Can someone tell me how to translate the French expression "Dont acte" into English? It's in the minutes of a Board of Directors' meeting. Thanks for your help.

Well I can tell you this; the expression usually either comes in a phrase like "dont acte en brevet ", which means "whereof an act attested but not registered", or comes in a phrase like "dont acte en minute ", which translates as "whereof an act notarially certified and recorded". If this doesn't solve your problem, please put a note here so I may think more and come up with a better answer.
